With further reference to the proposed forma tion of an English-speaking Hockey team in Dresden, we are requested to state that, owing to communi cations received anent the question, the Hon. Sec’y is willing to consider the applications of ladies if a sufficient number of members apply to form two separate Elevens, one composed of ladies, the other of gentlemen. Please address all communications on this subject to the Hon. Sec’y.: Dr. Robert Grimshaw, Johannstadter Ufer 3, corner Elisenstrasse. * The managing authorities of the Klotzsche- K o n i g s w a i d baths have arranged for an orchestra of their own next season, and their choice has fallen on that conducted by Musikdirektor Hermann Kage, which numbers 36 performers. This new orchestra will give 26 concerts during the season in the Waldpark, Klotzsche. This arrangement should contribute much to the amusement and sociality of the visitors to the baths. Meanwhile Herr Kage has declared his readiness m his capacity of Director of the Kurkapelle, to give several concerts during the winter season, for charitable or other objects. The first of these concerts will take place on Thursday next, December 5, at 8 p. m. in the hall of the Kurhaus at Klotzsche-Komgswald.
